David Abrevaya
David Abrevaya is an illustrator, educator, and arts advocate whose dynamic work blends storytelling, pop culture, and community spirit. As the 2024-2026 Artist Chair for Peekskill’s Business Improvement District and Board Member of the Peekskill Arts Alliance, David champions creativity and collaboration in Westchester’s vibrant arts scene.
A full-time Illustrator SalesOne International, David partners with global brands like Marvel, Lucas film, Nickelodeon, and Warner Bros., bringing iconic characters and stories to life. His versatile career includes storyboard work for industry leaders such as Google, Yahoo, and NBC. As well as contributions to Mount Vernon’s 540-foot "Wall of Legends" Mural, a celebration of community pride. As an instructor at Westchester Community College, David inspires the next generation, teaching the first portion of the WCC’s intensive Illustration & 2D Animation Certificate Program with a focus on building professional grade portfolios and practical skills for industry work and self-publishing.
David’s journey began at Westchester Community College, followed by a B.F.A. from the School of Visual Arts. His work has shown at venues like the Society of Illustrators Gallery, Mehu Gallery, Poe Park Gallery, and the Castle Gallery across New York and Westchester. David’s current work presents a collection that showcases his signature dynamic style and story rich illustrations that draw from fine arts and comics.

Jhoanna Dimapnat
Jhoanna Dimapnat, affectionately known as JoJo, is a Filipino illustrator and graphic designer based in Peekskill, New York. Currently, she crafts captivating designs as a graphic designer for Yen Press while pouring her passion into illustration and character designs for her creator-owned projects. Jojo’s imaginative artwork, often infused with nature-inspired motifs, reflects her deep love for the environment. She blends digital tools like Photoshop and Procreate with traditional watercolor techniques to bring her stories and characters to life.
JoJo has shown her work at notable conventions, including the Society of Illustrators, MoCCA Fest in NYC, and Undiscovered Realm Comic Con in White Plains. Outside of her art, she enjoys hiking, watching quirky films, traveling, and spending time with her cats.

Cheyenne Gaither
Cheyenne Gaither is an up and coming New York based artist, who creates vibrant watercolor, ink, and gouache pieces that capture both vast concepts and intimate moments. Her artistic journey flourished during her studies at Manhattanville College, where she double majored in Psychology and Visual Arts earning her BFA. Blending emotional insight with creative expression to invoke moments of serenity and peace.
Currently, she divides her time between personal work while being a rising instructor at a popular paint-and-sip studio in Yonkers, New York, honing her craft while inspiring others. An active traveler, Cheyenne draws inspiration from the places she’s visited over the years, from Gibraltar’s rugged cliffs to the Adirondacks lush forests. While at the same time creating pieces focused on the charm of everyday objects, such as a cluttered kitchen shelf.
Her work has been showcased in White Plains Cafés, including the Hastings Tea & Coffee and Muse Paintbar. She is also breaking into the local art markets, showing and selling her work in art fairs such as the Yonkers Fall Festival "Meet me on McLean" and in Highland, New York’s "SpringFest" in 2024. With boundless passion and her adventurous spirit, Cheyenne is eager to explore new heights.

Jose Habana
Jose Habana, being born in the Philippines and raised in NY, belonged to two very different worlds. Adding his love for pop culture ,video games, and esoteric mythos, Jose creates work in vivid color, capturing everything from fantastical worlds to simple moments. His work is both masterful and charming, inspiring those who come across it. He works in various mediums, but primarily uses ink and acrylic paints. Jose also enjoys the craft of framing, is an art history buff and could probably go for a cup of coffee.

Eliza Hernandez
Eliza Hernandez is a New York based mixed media artist whose vibrant work explores the human condition and experience. With a B.F.A. in illustration from the School of Visual Arts, she’s been honing her bold storytelling style. Crafting art that is rich with emotion and meaning.Inspired by Japanese manga, 90s grunge, and b-boy graffiti, Eliza blends gouache, digital media, expressive lines, and vivid colors with a gritty texture to create dynamic pieces. Her work has been shown throughout galleries across New York City and Westchester. Including Westchester Community Colleges award winning International Voices in 2017, the Castle Gallery in Port Chester, and the SVA’s Mental Health Poster Project at the Flatiron gallery in 2024. She’s also poured her heart into solo shows like the Scrapyard in 2019, and Explorations at Peekskill’s Bean Runner Café in 2023.Interested in self publishing, Eliza successfully crowdfunded her art books “Sketch Addict” and “Inkling”, carving out a strong following of support to finance her future projects. Currently, she’s the Art Director, colorist, and letterer for Devils Reign. Where she manages social media, schedules conventions in New York and California, and assists in finalizing the graphic novel. Building a buzz for the next Devils Reign Kickstarter Launch.During her downtime, Eliza loves sketching, retro gaming, reading, and a damn fine cup of coffee that keeps her creative stream flowing.
